A person whom I admire

A person whom I admire is Helen Keller. One of the reason why I admire her is because even though she was blind and death and had a difficult life, she never gave up. She also went to university and graduated, learnt sign language and braille and eventually was taught how to speak. I sometimes give up on doing risks and challenging myself but when I read a biography about Helen Keller, I started to do more risks and stood up for myself. When I first read about Helen Keller, I thought, ' How could she live in a quiet, dark place without seeing or hearing her parents?'. I was surprised by how she would never gave up and kept going, even though it took a while to get settled. Thanks to Helen Keller, I tried to take more risks and never gave up.

Being critical with headlines

In this writing, I am going to share my opinion about this headline, '132 Super-Cute Outfit Ideas from Kendall and Kylie Jenner'. I'm not sure who is Kendall and Kylie Jenner but I think this article wants us to follow their stylish ideas and make us look super cute. If I read this article, I think there is going to be lots of pictures of ladies in clothing that matches their style.

The Proudest Moment of My Life

Pymble Ladies' College
The proudest moment in my life was when I got an A for english in my Grade 3 school reports in my old school, Pymble Ladies' College. In my grade, there were only a few people who got an A for english. In the grade, I was one the few girls that were born somewhere different than Australia, where the school was built. So I was proud that I was sort of better than other kids in Grade 3 (I'm not boasting, but it just makes me feel so honoured). At the age of 4, I learnt how to use very simple sentences such as 'Pig in a Wig' or 'I need to go to toilet'. I had lots of stress while learning english and also my native language, Korean. When I was Grade 2, my grades suddenly went up, my reading level books were harder and my writing transformed into messy cursive. I was proud also when I finished my multiplication test first and even took a multiplication graduation picture. The A made me really proud and get confidence that I am going to get good grades in english.
